Because it wasn't enough to kick me in the back all night.
This is what I woke up to. Check out the pride in her eyes too. And, now Annie is sick too. Again, where is my coffee and tylenol?
So I'm cruising through my favorite blogs this morning and discovered that it's Melissa's birthday today! I hope your day is completely wonderful! And another one of my favorite people on the planet is turning TWELVE today! Miss Haley, you are so sweet and beautiful. I wish I was there to smother you with kisses (even though you're too big for it now). I hope you get all your wishes and more. AND did you know that you guys share the day with Kelly Ripa? (A little Cliff Claven trivia for your day).
In other random news, did anyone see that Dr. Oz special called "The Truth About Food"? Apparently tomato paste is a food of gods. We must all eat 50 grams of it a day. I don't feel like typing out why, but just trust me. We should.
I also want to thank EVERYONE who emailed and commented yesterday about the Openbook workshop. You all are SWEET. I did not expect such a response. And, I'd be happy to do a San Antonio workshop, for moms that want photo tips etc. If I do, it would probably be a version of the Openbook, (minus all the business stuff), include a hands-on shoot, some photoshop stuff, lunch and laughs for about $550. If you're interested, email me. And if there are enough people, I'll put something together.
I also feel compelled to apologize for my neglect of the WOAI blog lately. It is on my list of things to get to. Because that site needs a shot in the arm. Some adrenaline. Or maybe some blush. I'm not sure. Just something.
This post made me laugh, and motivated me (since my pre-pregnancy pants have been collecting dust for 2 years). So, I made it back to the gym last night (after taking a month or two off). And can I just tell you that I am DEVASTATED! The guy that used to teach the BEST hip hop class EVER is GONE. He turned exercise into SO MUCH FUN. And then he just LEFT. Just like that. My life will never be the same.
Oh, on a good note, that photo facial treatment that I had done worked! My skin still has a long way to go, but Saturday morning when I woke up Jason asked me why I had make up on (WHEN I DIDN'T)! Good sign. I keep meaning to take my before picture, because my skin is already starting to get better. It's not going to be accurate when I do the after!...And by the way, I know I'm sounding like a Neely infomercial, so I feel like I should say I'm only doing this for fun. I have nothing to gain in promoting Neely and her wonderful services. Other than maybe the satisfaction of knowing someone else will find out about all her goodness too.
Alright, that's it for my random Tuesday ramblings. Have a good one homeys.
