Hot Mamas: Carol and Donniece
Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 11:16AM More Hot Mamas! These were taken from a shoot we did a few months ago, that was hosted at Shannon's house. And I'm posting these, 1) because I love these shots. 2) because I really want to get the point across that these shoots are NOT just boudoir sessions. They are whatever YOU want them to be.
And changing the subject, I think Facebook is taking over my life. I felt like I'd already written about this, because I posted about it there. HOWEVER, just so you know, we will no longer be doing the private party Hot Mama sessions in people's homes, BECAUSE I am leasing a new studio space. If you know me, (Amber) you're probably gasping in horror, wondering if I've gone senile. I've had three studios in the past: 2 in California, and 1 here for 3 years. In the end, they always made me feel claustrophobic, and uncreative. BUT, sometimes life throws surprises at you which make you change your mind. I'd started to feel like the HM shoots needed a home. So I did a half-hearted Craigslist search, and ended up finding a magic little love of a space that is everything I need. It's right downtown in New Braunfels, and has tons of personality. SO, that's that. I'm choosing paint colors today, and that will be our new home for Hot Mamas + other specialty shoots that we come up with throughout the year.
And speaking of that, we only have 6 more spots left to fill for the next shoot. So, if you're planning on scheduling, CALL SOON...before we promote it on the Living Show!
Also, apparently it takes me a while to learn lessons, but as I've been putting all of this together, I've realized (again) how much goes into these things. So FYI, this is the last time that these will be offered for this price.
Alright, it's back to work for me. However, I did also want to say THANK YOU so much to everyone who commented on the last entry. You all are amazing, amazing. xo
