Sweet Alaynah

Alright, I know the last entry was a departure from the usual lightness around here. Sorry, once in a while you get the deep end of the pool.

Here are some shots to lighten the mood. Remember Rachelle The Superstar who let me pose her in the grass in 90 degree weather? Here is the sequel, Princess Alayanah. If only every child in the world could be born with this kind of welcome.

I talked before about how their home is like a bed and breakfast. But that doesn't do it justice. Because it's not just that everything is beautifully put together. It's that they have a way of bringing meaning into their space. Like this mirror was handed down and had a story. I loved that.

They found this Dr. Suess print in Tahoe and built the room around it.

What that means, is RACHELLE cut these wooden fish out with a saw, primed them and sent each one to a different family member to paint for Alaynah's room. Umm...hello Miss CREATIVE. Not to mention how talented her whole family is! Check out the fish with BEADING on the tail!

Their cute puppy who was watching all the shooting action.

Thank you Rachelle and David. It was an absolute joy working with both of you. Alaynah is so lucky.
