Our First Glam Girls Night Out!
Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at 12:14AM We had SO MUCH FUN the other night! It was a huge turn-out, and just the best group of women. I'm already thinking about how to do this again, so let me know if you want to be on the mailing list for the next one.
I'm keeping it short, because there are a TON of pictures. But I have to say thank you again to all my sweet friends who helped SO much! Tina and Michelle picked up all the food, trucked it out to New Braunfels from San Antonio, hauled it up a huge flight of stairs, and helped me set up/serve. All, while it was 100 degrees out, too! DD brought flowers and balloons, and worked with Tara, Lauren, and Katy to help people get signed up for Glam sessions. I don't know what I would have done without them. And Robyn worked her awesome make up magic, as usual. My friends rock. Oh, and if my landlord is reading this, I also want to thank him for being so accomodating. Letting me crank the air down to 60 (even though there were so many people, we were still sweating). Regardless, Ross thank you for putting up with an upstairs full of estrogen and pink feathers. :)
I found the most realistic prop cigarettes at the costume shop, they even smoked!

And this photo doesn't do it justice, but I just wanted to give a shout out to Awesome Phillipe at Coco. The food was so good! And if you haven't been there yet, you should definitely check it out. It's the perfect girls night or date night restaurant.
And one more shout out to New Braunfels Medical Massage. I'm too lazy to tired to find their phone number right now, but google them! They did fabulous chair massages all evening, and were super nice to work with!
There are at least a hundred more photos that I'll post on facebook. So if you went to the party, and want to see them, "friend" me! :) And if there are any shots you'd like of yourselves, just let me know and I'll email them over. Just allow a few days to receive them, please.

You must have a secret lighting trick, they always come out just right. Not too bright and not to dim. Very flattering.
