I'm having an 80's party later this month, and stumbled on this website. My favorite is Mr. Rogers' Good in the Hood. Check it out, it's rad.

Some of you might remember this story. Let's just say that I am the total authority on self-tanners. My natural skin pigment is one shade darker those albino fish that crawl the surface of the ocean. I used self tanners in the 90s, when they all sucked. I'd reek for hours after application and have orange streaks all down my legs. One time, at a school field trip to the waterslides, I wouldn't take my sandals off the whole day because they were concealing my ankle streaks. So basically, I've tried them all. Cheap. Expensive. Name brand. Generic. You name it, I have tried it. And this one is the best.

Also, did you hear that Sarah Jessica Parker has a clothing line coming out in 7 days? Every item is supposedly under $20. If this is true, I'm not sure what more conclusive evidence anyone needs to prove that there truly is a God.

Thanks for the info on the self tanners. I have been looking for a good one! And it IS true about SJP's clothing line. I saw it on Oprah...it must be true! I can't wait. It is a store that I had never heard of, but I've already found one near me. Now I just have to watch and wait.

Question...will SJP's new line go up to BIG GIRL size?! I am a 12 now...but long to be a 6 again! And I can agree..based on Maile's rec on the build a tan by Neutrogena..it does work well. And I have that white white skin too! I am from MI originally ya know.....
