The cure for the common doctor's office.

I think I get bored easily. Maybe it's a maturity issue. Maybe it's just me. But I have a tendency to always be asking what's next. I'm so used to living like this, that I find the fact that I'm content here in San Antonio, slightly unsettling. I thought we'd be here a few years, and at year number 4, there are too many reasons to stay and no intentions of leaving. It's good for me to learn to be content. To not be asking what's next and just enjoy what IS.

But that's not what I wanted to talk about. I wanted to talk about how awesome my camera is for entertaining me in the midst of the most mind-numbing errands. These were taken today while I sat waiting and waiting and waiting for the doctor to get in to see Annie. *sidenote: How is it that every other professional, in every other industry manages to keep a schedule EXCEPT for doctors? What is UP?!!

Anyway, I wanted to post a couple snap shots to show you what a difference a camera angle can make (even in a boring photograph like this one). The first one was taken from your typical perspective, just holding the camera up to your eye and shooting. The second one was taken with the camera sitting on the floor. Not an award winning shot, but a bit more interesting eh? Wow, it really MUST be 2am, I just said the word, 'eh'. ...Must. Go. To. Bed.
