Halloween follow-up

I know Halloween's over, but these are too cute not to post. All from the Chic Mama/Nursery Couture shoot last week. I was blown away by how many of you showed up! There were double the amount of people that I'd originally expected. And almost everyone was a previous client. It was so fun to get to see how everyone has grown. Especially the kiddos who I've known since they were just a belly shot!  :0)

I wish I could post every single person, but it's going to be a marathon post as it is! So here are a few (ton) of my favorite shots of the day.

First, DD and her cutie pies. I don't know what I would have done without her and Katy that day. They helped SO MUCH.

Katy and The Caden behind Caden Lane. I love how their eyes are twins.

You might recognize Ashley. She's all over the gallery as one of the cutest prego ladies ever. She works at Chic Mama and was also an amazing help with keeping everything organized. Thanks again everyone!

Cute Dr. Feinstein (can you believe how big Owen looks since his newborn shoot?!)...and Miss Mia with her new little brother, Reid.

Melody's little monsters, plus Janet and Emma who came in for Christmas photos last year.

Future Grey's Anatomy cast member with that name. His mom, Stephanie, first came in when she was pregnant with him too! So good to see you again!

I had a little pumpkiny-backdrop thingy set up, but came home to notice that I had continuously cropped most of it out. I think I hate props. In photography and in life. It's so much more interesting to cut through the "stuff" to see who's really inside.

These two crack me up. Poor froggy. And I love the Angry Bee.

Can you believe Miss Octopus' mom MADE that costume?!

Superbaby and Miss Logan. Her mom is Selena, and I first met her when she was just a belly shoot too.

Remember Ben and Ethan? These next two are my favorite shots of the day.

Thanks again to everyone who came out! And keep a look out for a Valentine's shoot sometime in January!

Ciao!

A Valentine's shoot? Are you nuts? Love the poor froggy who's eyeing death.

OK, its official. Maile is the shizzle. We need to nominate her for Photog of the Year or something. Seriously, how do you seem to always be creative and fun with each person you shoot? Normal folks would have just lined up the cattle, told them to get their pre-determined pose on and click click you're done. But that's not what folks got. Is there any wonder almost everyone who came was a repeat client? From all your fans - nice work! And as hard as I tried to be non-biased, Mia and Reid are pretty darn cute!

Michealangelo with a camera. He was suppose to have said that all he does is remove the extra marble and the statues are already there. Amazing shots.

The Halloween shots are fabulous. I have looked at them three times already. They make me smile.
P.S. I was secretly hoping Luke would be part of your blog.
