Stop shrinking my day.

I took this out the car window (around 5:45!) on the way home from a shoot the other day. And despite the pretty-ness...I would still like to vote no on daylight savings. Thank you and good night.

That's a nice sky!
Hey - I was thinking that you and your beautiful family should come out for a visit in the middle of our Canadian winter and totally experience the snow and the beautiful sunsets and moons and the fact that it's dark by 4:30pm and just see how cool it is. Sunsets like you picture - are so amazing when the light bounces off a field of ice and snow. I think that your kids would like it. Maybe more than you would - but, it's SO great. And it would add some cool alternate pictures to your portfolio in the deep snow. Think about it!

Yep! Totally agree! Remember a few short months ago when there was still light after 8pm? Beautiful pictures nonetheless. ;)

oh, take Kal up on that...how cool. :) love the pictures. I actually love it getting dark early. It makes me want to bake chicken pot pies. And then I can't wait til it's dark at 8pm, and the kids bike outside forever in the dusk. Love the cycles. love it that things are changing all the time, and yet everything really remains the same. Deep huh! :)
