Crazy Eights

Well, I've been tagged twice now. Once by Anna, and yesterday by Melissa. So here goes.

8 Random Facts About Me...(hmm...)

1. I love the slow lane. I also secretly love that I drive a minivan because no one ever expects me to speed. And it's not because I want to smell flowers. It's because I have a natural overdose of adrenaline caused by the chaos in my head. I'm already doing 90.

2. I love craft supplies. Want to make candles? Soap? Cards? Jewelry? I'm your girl. Just don't ask me to bake or cook. I still have no idea how I manage to feed my children each day.

3. I used to be a manicurist and my favorite part of the job was doing pedicures. I know it sounds gross, but I loved seeing the toe-transformation. Plus everyone was always relaxed and happy afterwards. It was great.

4. When I was little I wanted to do every occupation that I was exposed to. I didn't play house, I played "business". And I still have that nagging feeling like there's not enough time to do everything.  

5. When I was 18, I moved to Waikiki with three of my girlfriends. We lived in Aloha Towers for the summer. Our apartment building was right next door to a strip club called Hale Okole...(translates into 'House of Ass'...isn't that sweet?). I worked (rarely) at Chilis, where I'd earn just enough money to buy beer and pay my $300 rent. We lived off tuna fish, and 99 cent gallons of tea. Man those were the GOOD DAYS. I hope my retirement looks similar...only in a different country every year and minus the working at Chilis part.

6. I have a serious crush on Conan O'Brien. Humor makes you sexy. And I find Matthew McCoughnahey REPULSIVE. Arogance maked you nasty. 

7. One of my biggest regrets in life, is not naming Emily, Charlotte. ...no one should ever be forced to make decisions when they're hormonal.  

8. I am an Extrovert and a Total Hermit simulaneously.  (...No wonder there's chaos in my head!)

oooh I played "business" when i was little too!! I had about 10 different businesses before I was out of grade school.
