Say hello to my little friend.

Happy Mother's Day to me! I never wanted to bring the "real" camera out to little league or the park. Besides being too heavy, it's like having to watch another child. Now I might actually have photos of the kids that were taken somewhere other than in my backyard. Hope you all have a nice Mother's Day too!

Ooooh. Happy Mother's Day! You will love that little camera. It takes some pretty great shots for being so little and I don't leave home without it. I have every model of Elph. I'm addicted.

My husband just doesn't get why I want a great point and shoot camera. "But you have a camera that does everything but walk itself" is always his remark.

Beauty. I've never underestimated the freedom of a good point and shoot. Congrats!

Oooh, that's the one I have too (an older model). Have fun with it!

I thought I was the only one who felt that way! I think I'm going to have a similar present for my birthday in two months. Do you love the camera? I'm interested in reviews by real people who are actually capable of knowing the difference between junk and a decent photo.

Alissa, I still haven't read through the whole manual, but so far I love it. I love the wide aperature as well as the high ISO capability. You can pretty much shoot in any light condition. It even has an image stabilizer and is very user friendly. i think you'll love it!
