Best Shot Monday: The Ride Home

3-2007 blog best shot monday plane.jpgI just had the most fanastic weekend! There are too many stories and photos to post right now, but I thought this one says it all. As you can see, even the plane ride home was heaven. I picked up this book in the airport. I'm only on page 27, but from the first paragraph I was wishing we were on a flight to Hong Kong so I could finish the whole thing in one sitting. I'll post more later about the trip. For now there are kids to feed, phone calls to return and bills to pay. If you want to see more Best Shot Mondays, you can visit Tracey.

At first I was going to cry about open container laws, but then I read that it is a plane. Ah, you are off the hook! (Love it - certainly does depict an enjoyable trip home.)

Can't wait to see pics of your Chicago experience!

P.S. Chips, beer, wine(?) and a book. Great spread.

I know. Do the beer and wine together make me look like an alcoholic, or just someone who enjoys throwing up?...The wine was my friend's. :-)

OMG! I wish I were sitting there next to you. I just got that book too but have yet to crack it. I can't wait. And a Heinie? You are a girl after my own heart! So glad you got to go enjoy yourself for a while. You deserve it.
