Friday, October 12, 2007 at 09:54PM Look what was delivered to my doorstep today. The most adorable nap mat EVER. Made by my mucho mas talented hip mama friend, Melody. Seriously Melody, you are sweet. I think I commented on one of her daughter's mats. The next thing I know, she just busted out and MADE ME ONE. WHAT?! This took some work. And now I can be one of the cool-kid moms. The first time I brought Chance into preschool 4 years ago, I had no idea these kinds of things existed. They said to bring a pillow and blanket, so I brought one off of his bed. Then you get there and see the other kids with all their cute, wrappy, cushy, rolls of upholstered goodness. Suddenly, Chance's pillow seemed regretful. So, I SET OUT to find some rolls of cushioned cuteness and could NEVER find one! In FOUR YEARS people. How do all these people who AREN'T MELODY DO IT? I'm truly asking. Am I the only one in the universe who doesn't sew?! Anyway Melody, you should SELL THESE! PLEASE! Because moms that don't sew, want their kids to be cute too!!! :0)

You only get to see the house because Dina came today. Normally there are goldfish mashed into the carpet and go-gurt splatters on the walls. This is where Emily layed all afternoon...in love with here new "bankalet"

I had a shoot in Boerne today. And two more this weekend. Things are busy and crazy, but I'll check in again soon. Have a great weekend ya'll.
