Not the most exciting topic, but...

All of my children had horrible excema from birth. They wore cortizone like it was moisturizer. For years, my son would scratch his feet so hard at night, they would bleed. My mom kept telling me to try this and I would...for a minute or a day or when I remembered. Then my regimented, ex-marine (if there is such a thing) husband built it into his morning routine. This means that alien spacecraft could have landed in our backyard and the kids would still be getting their flax oil. A couple of weeks passed, and no change. I forgot about it; and it wasn't for a few more weeks that I realized their excema was gone! It's been about 6 months now that they haven't had even a hint of dry skin anywhere. Well, we ran out about 3 weeks ago, and predictably, the excema has started to come back. It's really amazing how miraculous this stuff is! The key (as with many other things) is CONSISTENCY.

OMG! I am totally trying this with my 3 year old. Even when she isn't in full flair up, her skin is like sandpaper. She's had excema her whole life too and it's miserable. Is it a pill??

Not at all, you just put it into yogurt or something like that. I got sucked into the Danactive commercial about 70% of your immune system being in your intestines, so we put it into that and just shake it up really well. They don't even notice it. Just don't give up because it takes a good 4-6 weeks.
